THE WORK
What the Triad delivered.
The Triad delivered four production services — composed from the OSS Identity, Registries, Payments, and eSignature Skills, and customised against Kalamata's jurisdictional requirements. Every artefact emitted a chain-anchored receipt. Service catalogue:
- Citizen portal — single sign-on, application status, document vault.
- Parking violation appeals — citizen-facing submission and tracking.
- Civil registry — birth registration with selectively disclosable claims.
- Business licence issuance — eSignature-anchored grants and renewals.

Strategic advisory was provided by Kyriacos Kokkinos, former Greek Deputy Minister for Research and Innovation. The engagement was framed under EU public procurement rules and showcased at the Kalamata Innovation Exhibition, May 2026.
